Fitness Guides & Programs

Each of these programs have been formed for different levels of fitness and experience. Choose the program that most fits your ability and need at the moment, we can always change things later in the program. I look forward to working with you on your journey. You have the option to choose:

  • Home or Gym
  • 6 or 9 week program
  • Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.

What your program will include.

  • instructions for each workout

  • strength and weight training, HIIT and plyometric routines, cardio.

NOTE: At Home Programs will need the following:

  • dumbbells in a few different weights. I recommend 5, 8-10, and 15 lb.
  • loop bands
  • kettle bell 10-15 lb.(optional)
  • bench or chair
  • barbell (optional)
  • pull up bands ( optional)

 

BEGINNER LEVEL PROGRAM

BEGINNER LEVEL PROGRAM

Beginner Guide:

 

You have little to no experience weight training or exercising in general. You may have previously tried a method of getting in shape and given up because of frustration and motivational issues. This level program will teach you new ways of exercising, help inspire daily habits and lifestyle choices, and keep you on track. The guide starts at 3 days a week.

  • 6 week: $100
  • 9 week: $130
  • personal sessions:$35/hr

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL PROGRAM

Intermediate Guide: 

 

You have been exercising, but maybe not implementing weight training. You want more of a challenge, directions, and results. We will work together to accomplish short and long term goals.  This guide starts you training at 4 days a week and progresses to 5 days a week. Personal sessions can be added to this package as well.

  • 6 week: $139
  • 9 week: $169
  • personal sessions: $35/hr

ADVANCED LEVEL PROGRAMS

Advanced Guide: 

 

You have weight training experience and you are comfortable with different techniques and workout styles. Choose this guide if you are looking to change up your gym routine with a challenge. We will be training 5-6 days a week with  different styles of workouts. I recommend one personal session a week.

  • 9 week: $189
  • personal sessions: $35/hr
